McGowan Symposium on
Business Leadership and Ethics

The McGowan Fund co-hosts the McGowan Symposium on Business Leadership and Ethics each year as part of the Fellows program.  Prominent business leaders, government officials, members of the media, and deans and students from top business schools, as well as McGowan Fellow alumni, gather to thoughtfully discuss best practices and current, relevant challenges in business ethics.  The event also introduces the year’s new Fellows.

Partner universities co-host the McGowan Symposium on a rotating basis.  Past hosts have included Georgetown University (2011) and Northwestern University (2012).  Dartmouth College will serve as host for the 2013 Symposium on November 1.

Through these symposia, the Fund hopes to inspire and influence Fellows, and broaden and engage industry and thought leaders committed to socially responsible practices.
